run your terminal if you are on linux or command prompt if you are on win. run this command cd addons/base_report_designer/wizard/tiny_sxw2rml now you are on tiny_sxw2rml directory. now type the command : python tiny_sxw2rml.py full_path_of_your_invoice.sxw > path_for_your_new_invoice.rml
