Three thoughts about that: 

1) maybe you're misunderstanding the nature of ERP, whose philosophy is 
generally of a coherent integrated system rather than an agglomeration of 
different systems,
2) since it's Open Source, you can do what you like,
3) Tiny already do this in a big way by integrating modules such as the wiki 
engine and the web server from other Open Source projects - but the 
dependencies from some of the projects can get awkward.
