Hi Arnaud,

Check location_id (source) and location_dest_id (destination). If importing 
into Outgoing then location_id need to be Stock (or a child of it) and 
location_dest_id need to be an outward location such as Customers.

If you already have location_id and location_dest_id in your csv try switching 
the columns then import again.
