I tried esale_joomla to set up with joomla 1.5. It is not workable. There are undefined variables etc in trunk code, so called "stable" is not workable as well. Asked anyone in this forum couple weeks ago about using esale_joomla in - no answers at all. I think at his moment this module is unusable, at least with joomla 1.5 and OpenERP v.5.x. Don't waste your time unless you want to change python (module itself) and php (tinyerp-synchro.php, webserver side) code.
