What's your subscription ID or instance name on Odoo ? I checked but did not find a subscription to B5DI ?
There could be two reasons why your subcription has been desactivated: 1. You did not pay the invoice sent after 3 reminders OR 2. You are in the free period and you did not used your instance for 21 days. In both cases, the system sends automatically several email to warn you several days before. May be you should check in your spam folder ? In both case, your instance is not lost. For case 1., just pay the invoice (through the control center interface or the link provided in the email). For case 2, you can reactivate it from the control center or send an email to [email protected] with your instance name.
