Hi, It's normal to get the message: language "plpgsql" already exists
if 'plpgsql' is already installed in the database and your restore file also has command for installing it (pgAdmin will normally do this). Most times the error is ignored. I will advice that you use pg_dump and pg_restore tools to have more control over your dump/restore process.
