I suppose you are talking about the VAT tax report (TVA, MWST, USt as it may be called). Well, problems ... in a way, yes.
But I installed the module "Plan comptable général pour PME STERCHI", http://doc.openerp.com/technical_guide/l10n_ch_chart_c2c_pcg.html (french), which I used for my configuration, i. e. building the tax chart of accounts. If interested, you could install the module in a separate test database or perhaps in addition to an existing chart/tax setup without overwriting what you have (test first!). In my opinion this module is not 100 % finished (not working correctly without adjustments) concerning taxes if you want to automate fully, which should be the goal. But I could use it as a base and it seemed a bit complicated to understand and adjust.
