@tchiboo You could help by testing the module and giving your feedback. I have created last night a new module and called it "Office Management" which will take care in first line about letters generated based on Text blocks. From these text blocks, you could then create a complete letter body, and then create a letter based on the body.
1. Text Blocks: they represent reusable text blocks like greetings, signatures, standard statements or reminders and they can be language specific 2. Body: is a set of text blocks which will form the real body of the letter 3. Letter: based on a body, date, subject, and an OpenERP partner Once a letter is created and validated the whole letter will be saved, so that by changing the text blocks, the created letter will not be affected and will stay as it has been sent. TBD: Calls, Emails,... as soon as the first alpha version will be ready I will inform you. This way I can give back something to the community! P.S.: Translation would be nice.
