Update: Seems to be the case with Confirm Purchase Order too.
No matter how many groups I assign the user too, even give it access to everything possible in access grid. No users other than Administrator seem to be able to execute workflow. Atleast thats what I'm guessing is the problem. I have even reinstalled OpenERP server and web client, and my PostgreSQL. And purged all old files to make sure everything is fresh.
