@falcon, Medical is definitely a well developed system for the small & medium sized companies, it would be difficult to implement however for Hospitals because of the following: 1. In most cases open source software is not really welcome when it comes to health care. This does not degrade open source (which I a big supporter of) but resposibles at healthcare are more confident with prop. systems, where the source code is not overall public 2. I do not see an HL7 implementation which is a must in many medical systems for a better integration 3. The project does not have enough references (at least at the webpage) to ease the pre-sales and after-sales services
I do think however with a solid roadmap for the next 2-3 years, this project has big potentials to grow into a well known solution and I would surely support it then. -------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openobject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=48018#48018 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman2/listinfo/tinyerp-users
