Medical is definitely a well developed system for the small & medium sized 
companies, it would be difficult to implement however for Hospitals because of 
the following:
1. In most cases open source software is not really welcome when it comes to 
health care. This does not degrade open source (which I a big supporter of) but 
resposibles at healthcare are more confident with prop. systems, where the 
source code is not overall public
2. I do not see an HL7 implementation which is a must in many medical systems 
for a better integration
3. The project does not have enough references (at least at the webpage) to 
ease the pre-sales and after-sales services

I do think however with a solid roadmap for the next 2-3 years, this project 
has big potentials to grow into a well known solution and I would surely 
support it then.
