I would like to see a defined sla that is signed and agreed with the customer and openerp.
You can not really offer a sas or cloud service without this as this is what it is all about trust based on service levels. In general the pay as you go is a good idea. On signing up an introduction pack should be issued as I signed up when the service was started and new little at all about the management interface for my instances until I asked why they were not working.
