Hello all I'm configuring my smtp mail server on my ERP but have a strange behaviour :
1. I create a new mail server with all informations but if I don't check the box USE SSL, when I try to send the verification code, I get the error : SMTP AUTH extension not supported by server. 2. So, I check the box USE SLL and I can send and verify my server. 3. I create a new case in my crm with email confirmation. But there, when I'm creating a new case, I have the error : SMTP AUTH extension no supported by server.
