@ pjkersten You are right, easy_install is pointing to python2.5 ... by the way, will it create any problem running openerp with python2.5 ... coz the instructions to install openerp in ubuntu9.10 they say one should install python2.5 ... not that i need 2.5, i had to install it coz apparently it was needed to run openerp
