I've had a look at the code for the subscriptions module and (without any python experience) I can't see anything obvious that explains why this wouldn't be working.
In summary, when specifying a field to be "Current Date", this makes it NULL. When specifying a field to be "False", this has no effect at all. It seems that I cannot create a duplicate of a real customer invoice. I have to create a dummy invoice with the Invoice Date and Period already set to null and this dummy invoice can never be used as a real invoice. Using a dummy invoice will create all kinds of problems if the dummy invoice accidentally gets used instead of one of its duplicates. I'm might be coming to the conclusion that the subscriptions module is largely unusable. Has anybody else got any experience with using this module successfully?
