I have installed OpenERP version 5.0.6 and in de process of testing and trying things out. I feel it is urgently required to be able to use a properly working database back-up such that I can protect all the configuration data in the system when I make modifications.
The standard way to use the database backup doesn't work. Unfortunately the error "could not back up database" doesn't give any clue. Can somebody please advise what I should do to make it work ??
