Hello to everyone, I'm using open erp version 5.0.6. I created a sample database with all data sample loaded (service company) and also an empty database where I'm trying to fill the timesheet for an user. Previously, I created the user, the employee linked to the user, the financial accounts (one is a view account and another is an expense account), an analyt account, a product linked to the user, a working time category (40 hours/week). In the menu Human Resources->Employees->All Employees->[My_User] (edit command), in the Timesheet tab I selected Timesheet Journal as Analytic Journal. Now, in Human Resources->Timesheets->Timesheets I created a timesheet for the first week of march and selected; in the Timesheet part of the form I clicked on Create New Record. and tried to fill all the fields (so, Analytic Account, Description, Quantity, Amount, General Account) and I noticed that the "Amount" field is not filled in automatic mode (while if I use the database with open erp sample data it is automatically filled). I even tried to start on this: Human Resources->Working Hours->My Working Hours and then clicked New. The application created a row with field to fill; I filled Analytic Account, Description, Quantity and when I clicked on Product and selected "Network Administrator" I obtained the error "There is no expense account defined for this product: "Network Administrator" (id:1)". To resolve this error I added the expense account created previously in Products->Products->[My_product] and the in the tab Accounting at the Purchase Property->Expense Account field (to notice: in the database with sample data there is no reference to expense account in the tab Accounting). After this I can complete the Amount field in automatic mode (notice: only under Working Hours, not in Timesheets form). If I click to save the record I obtain the same previous error.
