I am totally new to OpenERP so excuse me for silly questions. Is it possible to have a hierarchical employee database? i.e. an employee can only view his own record and modify/create the employee records of the employees he/she manages. He/she cannot attach contracts. Furthermore, the HR department can read/modify all employee records and is the only one that can attach contracts, etc. to an employee.
