Great information. But I wonder why this extra export should be necessary, shouldn't it be possible just to tell OpenERP which field to check before updating? It should be possible just to update pricing by giving the SKU och code for the product (or any other identifier) the internal ID's of openerp doesn't mean anything when creating updates?!
Maybe this is already possible, but it's not mentioned in the post? Also the same should go for importing contacts, it should be easier than using db ID's.
