Some more thoughts about OpenERP & Funambol, and a possible workaround:
For OpenERP there is c2c_contact_to_ldap, which syncs the OpenERP contacts with a LDAP directory. For Funambol there is a LDAP Connector (https://ldap-connector.forge.funambol.org/), which allows to sync contacts from SyncML enabled clients (mobile devices) and a LDAP server. Using both would solve the problem, and does not require an additional connector for OpenERP at all. Did anybody already test such a setup?
