Dear All, This is my first post on this forum, so I will introduce myself a little bit.
I am starting a company in the RFID sector, so I am using and configuring openerp. Until now I have solved (using this forum!) all the issues and I have a system running well on ubuntu server. I have create a new view (using the GTK client) to display the list of product without the "sale price" column, and without the products of my category "service". The idea is that I don't want anyone to see the margin of the company on the product we sell, and the products considered as "service" should be totaly hidden. I also create a new "product by category" menu where the "service" category is hidden. But I am facing problems rigth now because the users are still able to see the "sale price" using the form view, and when I double-click on the product category "readers" (by example), it opens the initial product tree view with the "sale price" collumn. I had small ideas how to do that but without success. And I don't understand why my new menus don't appear in the "product_view.xml" file because in this case, my changes are not portable to another database!
