I've never seen somthing like UNDO. As soon you save, its there. I guess the key here is 1) to know what you do ( if in doubt, try it with a test-database ) 2) regular (daily) backup. ( if totally messed up )
I guess the problem here is, that a "save" can automatic trigger other things.
