Hi Every one, The scenario is as follows:-
I have three users 1) User1 can create only receipt vouchers 2) User2 should be able to create only payment vouchers and 3 User3 can create journal voucher and/or reports These are my steps 1) Create user from Menu / Administration / Users / Users 2) Create Group Menu / Administration / Groups In groups I selected menus for user 1 Menu / Financial Management / Voucher Entries / Receipt Vouchers Again in groups I selected access rights And gave all the objects like Account.account Account.Voucher Account . journal etc etc 3) Grant access to menus Menu / Financial Management / Voucher Entries / Receipt Vouchers for user1 But it shows for user1 all vouchers My problem is that I want to give user 1 only receipt voucher rights When i given access rights on the Reciept Voucher, it shows him all the menus, and not only one menu? How can I restrict the access certain menu items. In the account_reporting module, the object is same that is, account.voucher shared by all the forms.
