Hi guys,

I am using OpenErp Version 5.0.11 - Windows 

I believe some of you have been playing around with OpenERP calendar 
functionality more than me.

I have tried to google around and read the guide, but I could not find much 
answer as well.

Therefore I have a couple questions to ask about calendar perhaps you can help 
me to find a way,

1. Can I book a meeting/appointment with another user(s) or group(not partner)?
- The functionality I can use at the moment is just to make an appointment with 
a partner.

2. Is there anyway we can prevent another user to see my calendar?
- So far if I click on "all calendar" menu, I'll see all meetings/appointments 
for all users.
- I checked security and I can only prohibit user to see "all calendar" menu.
