For the past three months, I have been trying to understand OpenErp and it's been frustrating! It looks promising but it's a hell of work to make it work.
Am not an accountant and I have played around with accounting software such as Peachtree and Quickbooks and they were quite simple and straight forward. Till now am yet to fully understand how to transfer money from one bank account to the other using Openerp! Developer documentation here is one of the poorest I have seen. The flow is so so so poor. I hope to understand it so that I can help in rewriting it.
