Thanks guys for the help....really helpful.... However unfortunately I am still stupid enough to make this a mess.
What I want to know is whether I can change the quantity and the price of the product list when compiling the PO? In openerp what we do is we just select the price list and then proceed. There is no way of checking and altering the product list. I want to know whether my understanding is correct? To reduce the burden I will explain what i am doing manually. So you guys will understand what i am going to automate. 1. I have a list of products - first what i do is i send it to the supplier and ask for a quotation. This communication is purely through mails. 2. Lets say I have selected a supplier - then i open the pre design PO which also have a list of frequent items. 3. I then simply change the price and the quantity and send it back to the supplier. 4. Once I received the stuff i make a note saying that the PO is closed and issue a GRN. Then update my stock excel sheet. (This is purely a burden. Thats why I am really trying to getting this working) Guys....I know you have been helping me many times....but please be generous to share your thoughts this time as well.....
