They are in Spanish, but useful though.

Instead of importing them through the csv import standar procedure of OpenERP, 
you can use Terminatooor first for importing them and after that you can start 
playing with Kettle transformations of the files.

I think it's a good way of starting, but in any case a little knowledge of Ruby 
is required.
