Yes, power saving is possible. Please study the PowerManagement interface
and the example app in contrib/ucb/apps/CountRadio of how to use it.
However, I'm afraid the measurement apps for MicaZ are broken as far as
power saving is concerned. Just to let you know in case you're using those.
