I would configure the other sensor (Temp?) as a separate ADC device
and then fire off its getData() in the original ADC.dataReady().
This will guarantee that the sensors are operated sequentially
with no overlap. It will also allow you to alternate readings in
the message buffer.

This is just an outline....I'm sure there are more issues to deal with.
I'm not sure what utility the DemoSensorC component actually supplies
but you can definately go down one level to Temp and Photo without
too much trouble.
