I am trying to study the tmote program: SurgeTelos. When I using TOSBase to listen: I got packet as following:

According to tmote sky support http://www.moteiv.com/support/tmote-message-format.html there should not have the packet format of the 1C **** (The Bold packet) Can anyone give me some solution for this problem? Thanks
