Joe,
Can you be more specific as to which model the Citizen crystal is? I have tried finding the datasheet on the website, but I cannot find any that match with the #'s I can read on the actual crystal. I would very much appreciate this information as I am trying to work out some issues with sample timing.

It is a standard Citizen crystal. It is +/-30ppm over temperature.

Place an ammeter in series with the power source.
