Are you wiring to InternalVoltage or to VoltageC? It looks like your
data is from VoltageC, which would indicate a correct voltage of
2.931V.
For the Sensirion, I'm not sure how often you're sampling, but you
should never sample more than 1-2 times per second as doing so
drastically can create error in the readings (besides, temperature
doesn't change that quickly anyway).
Your temperature values look correct:
-39.4 + 0.01*6553 = 25.4C
As for the variance, I'm not sure why you're seeing so much variance
in the readings, but it could be due to oversampling.
