[Tinyos-help] In Network Programming

I'm trying to program my motes through the network using TOS2.0. I've read the document "Mote In-Network Programming User Reference" but I'm still a bit unsure on where to start. I know I need to wire a module into my program. What is this module and where do i find it? I also can't find the XNP java tool, does it tot come in TOS2.0? How do I upload the program to my mote? Any other help / guidance you could give me would be great.
