You can download tmote tools from moteiv website. There is a version of Oscilloscope and TOSbase there which is compatible with tmote.
I also use the C version of serialforwarder and I get a few "bad_crc" messages but the Oscilloscope java GUI seems to display the sensor readings correctly...
