after making the basic Blink program.
Why isn't it looking for srec instead of exe?
It is looking at the srec, it just prints the "wrong" name in the
error message (I'm not sure why, mind you, but it doesn't matter
much). Cory?
Btw, the error is because there isn't a TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS (see other
message re 2.x).
