You can assign whatever address you want to the variable
TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS at run time. For example:

  event result_t Timer.fired() {
    TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS++;
  }

local adress at run time? i mean the
TOS_LOCAL_ADRESS..
