Hi all,
I am doing some experiments with the magnetometer present on the mica mts
310 sensorboard . At present I am using them to detect the magnetic field
produced by the magnets placed inside the toy car Currently the change in
magnetic field values is noted when car is brought at a distance of 8 to 9 cm
approx. from the mote. Now i have certain doubts that i want to clear from your
help.
1.Is this sensor robust or capable enough to detect the magnetic field
generated by thr real cars running on the road, keeping into the consideration
the distance of the cars from the motes would be much higher say approx. 40 to
50 feets.
  2. Also is this sensor capable of detecting the magneetic field of fast
moving cars that might be running at a speed of say 50-60 kmph.
3.If it is capable of doing the above 2 things then in what manner we can
calibrate it or modify it to use for our purpose.
Any kind of help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
  Thnx in advance
  Ankur jain
