Yes, MDA300 drivers are available in CVS sourceforge. I don't know if these have readily available EEPROM interface. http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/tinyos/tinyos-1.x/contrib/xbow/ The pre-compiled XMesh apps for MDA300 is available in MoteView and the source for this app is available in MoteWorks.
