When you download the code on motes, u should specify the ID, for ex. make micaz install.0 eprb,IP address
And 0 will be the ID of that mote (e.g. the TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS). Then, when calling the send function, just specify the mote ID of the receiver such as one of the arguments of that function (don't remember, I think the first field, just check it).
