If you write make telosb reinstall........ you compile your program and
install it on telos if compile return success.. If you not attacch mote
on pc this is the error

when running the command : make telosb reinstall,<node_ID> bsl , <N>
The error message is
Could not open port: < 2, 'CreateFile', 'the system cannot find the
specified.'>
