In my view,
Telos rev.B from UC Berkeley is very stable hardware for TinyOS until now.
TinyOS community have done so much with Telosb.

Though tmote sky has most of users,
there are some other Telos rev.B company.

(www.tinyosmall.co.kr)

Unless TI disconnect CC2420, MSP430 1611,
Korea Companies continue to produce.
