If you mean battery state, I don't know of tinyos-2 programs for battery estimates but that could be done if you take into account battery charge profile over time. For some batteries the voltage is a so-so indicator of capacity, and would be a first starting point by using the A2Ds on MSP430 or other platforms. Which platform?
