You can have a look at http://rvsn.csail.mit.edu/netloc/software/cricket.tar.gz and the readme file http://rvsn.csail.mit.edu/netloc/software/README. But I must remind you that this is for TinyOS-1.x and you seem to be using TinyOS-2.x. I don't think TinyOS-2.x has support for cricket hardware platform or in Tossim.
