The Getting Started and other mote-manuals used to have some conversion formulas for various sensors. These however need to be taken with some salt-equivalents because the sensors need calibration on an individual basis. Search this list for calibration, engineering units, and other phrases like that, and also look at the spec sheets for the sensors.
