I have a working extension for TOSSIM in TinyOS2.x that allows for injecting ADC readings from the MTS300 sensorboard. I haven't had time to write any documentation on it but if there is a demand for it I can release it to the community as is.
There is one bug in the code when reading from Temperature and Humidity sensor you get the same channel on the ADC. As well it does not provide prescaler, and ref voltage errors into the simulation.
