Good Morning All! I'm doing the research about transmission losses using mica2 motes. After series of experiments I found it strange that by increasing the distance at certain point I'm getting better performance than with shorter ones. I was told that the reason for that might be that mica2 has automatic power control so whenever the distance is increased the transmission power is increases as well.
