[Tinyos-help] tpl for moteiv's tmote sky nodes

hi, I am using Moteiv's Tmote Sky nodes... How can I change the Transmission 
Power Level(TPL) of my nodes? And how can I know the minimum and maximum values 
for TPL? thanks a lot!
