You definitely want to be working off the svn trunk (which is what you
mention immediately above).

I'm pretty sure you want to be looking at the blip-rpl-devel branch.   BLIP
is in current development and lots of changes are happening with it.   That
work is happening on the blip-rpl-devel branch.

You should double check with Stephen though.
