Hi Nida Sahar, Just ignore the Java version warning, apparently tos-check-env doesn't recognize Java 1.6, but it's ok, you can compile and run your Java programming using Java SDK without problem.
For the 2nd problem, I don't understand why do you need Java for compiling Blink. All you have to do is : make telosb (or other platform).
