Avrora is a Mote hardware simulator written in Java and simulates the behavior of the actual hardware (thus it also runs applications written with a different framework than TinyOS). As the name implies, it was originally based on the AVR microcontroller family and currently supports Mica2 and MicaZ. Drop me a line if you need TelosB support.
