TinyOS 2 is significantly different. On purpose, it fixes a number of problems that were in T1.
So you will have to port the T1 code over to T2 if you want to use it. There is no way to "run" T1 code on T2. It isn't that kind of Operating System. I believe there are some docs that talk about porting between the two.
